Throughout the year we also monitor news, press releases, the NYS Register, and documents from the Governor's office, state agencies, and the Legislature — relaying important updates as they occur.

We identify funding opportunities early in the Executive Budget process, analyze the Recommended Budget, advocate with both chambers to protect client priorities, and connect clients with agencies and policymakers to facilitate positive outcomes once the budget is enacted.

Procurement & Business Development

We assist clients in identifying and responding to opportunities — RFPs, government contracts, tax incentives, and economic development assistance — and guide them through procurement processes, vendor responsibility standards, and MWBE participation requirements.

Our business development work goes beyond procurement: we introduce clients to relevant decision-makers, attend meetings on clients' behalf, advise on community relations strategies, and provide counsel on lobbying compliance filings with COELIG and local ethics entities.
